A year and three months is a long time to not update a journal, so here I go:

Partly out of curiosity and partly out of boredom, I did a count of my gallery. Back in '07, I submitted 34 deviations (45 including scraps). Since then, I've submitted 22 deviations (41 including scraps). Talk about productivity, eh?

I guess I do have more distractions these days. More than that, though, I just don't feel as motivated, both in making arts and in posting them online. I suppose the latter point isn't that important to me (though it would be nice to get more feedback), but, needless to say, less drawing/practice on my part means less improvement, regardless of whether anyone else notices or not.

Ah, I could bitch and moan about this and that, but I just felt like making (what I thought was) an interesting observation. That said, here's to probably another year or so of no journal updating .
